When you register for a Show Pass or book an Experience online you do so under the terms and conditions set out below.
All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for any online ticket or Experience purchases under normal circumstances where the show is able to go ahead, so please make your booking selection carefully.
If the show is cancelled due to Covid-19 or a lockdown imposed by Government or local Council your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new dates, but if you prefer you can get a full refund instead.
Accompanied children under 16 years do not need to register for access to the event. Therefore visitor registration is restricted to only those who are 16 years or older.
All visitors will be required to present their ticket upon arrival. You may be required to prove your identity matches the name stated on the ticket. A driving license, student ID, passport or credit/debit card are all acceptable proof of identity.
